Who runs this site
This site is run by Emiliya Varvarenko, trading as Emily Varr, a sole trader (eenmanszaak) in Belgium. I decide what happens to the personal data you send through this site.

What I collect
When you send a form: your name, email, what you’re interested in, your budget if you pick one, your brand, website or Instagram & what you write about your goal.
When you visit: anonymous visit stats from Squarespace Analytics, only if you say yes to analytics cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.
When you email me: whatever you put in the email.
Why I use it
To reply to you, prepare a proposal & book a call. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract & my legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.
To run our project if we work together & send invoices. Legal basis: our contract & my legal obligations.
To see which pages people read, only if you said yes. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw any time in Cookie preferences.
To keep spam bots out of the forms with Google reCAPTCHA. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in a secure site.
I don’t sell your data, I don’t use it for ads & I don’t make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
Squarespace hosts this site & stores form submissions. Google runs my email, where form notifications arrive, & the reCAPTCHA on the forms. Authorities only when the law requires it.
Squarespace & Google may process data outside the EU, for example in the US. They do this under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses.
How long I keep it
Inquiries that don’t turn into a project: up to 2 years after our last contact, then I delete them.
Project & invoice records: as long as Belgian accounting & tax law requires.
Analytics: as set out in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, limit how I use it, object to it, or get a copy you can take elsewhere. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it any time. Email me at emilyvarr.pr@gmail.com and I’ll reply within a month.
If you think I got something wrong, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) at dataprotectionauthority.be.
